2 tbl honey
1 tbl margarine melted
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb carrots cut into 4x1/2" bits
1 sm rutabaga about 1 pound
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine honey, margarine, and salt in a large bowl; stir well. Add carrot and rutabaga; toss to coat vegetables.

Arrange the vegetables in a single layer in a 15 x 10 inch jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375F for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

Yield: 4 servings (1 cup each)

Note: Substitute "squeeze" or liquid margarine for the melted margarine if desired.
