1 cup	ketchup
1 cup	honey
1/4 cup	coarse mustard
1/4 cup	jalapeno chile pepper finely chopped (we use rubber gloves)
2 tbl	rice vinegar (not seasoned)
1 tsp	Tabasco sauce or to taste
3 tbl	firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tbl	curry powder
1/2 tsp	sweet paprika
1 tsp	soy sauce
1 tsp	minced garlic
1 tsp	vegetable oil
1/2 tsp	Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp	fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

Instructions: In a heavy saucepan stir together all ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. (Sauce keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.)
