1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 x eggs
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbl margarine
1/2 cup fine unsweetened coconut
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt into a bowl; set aside.

In another bowl, beat eggs and honey together until light and lemon-colored.

Add sour cream and margarine and beat well.

Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture until blended. Stir in coconut and vanilla. Turn onto a generously floured board. Roll out 1/3 inch thick and cut with floured doughnut cutter. Fry in deep fat heated to 360 degrees F until brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Dust with sugar immediately
