Instructions: Warm the vegetable oil in a large skillet over moderate heat. Add the onion slices and saute until soft, about 4 minutes. Add the minced garlic, then saute the mixture for about another minute more.
Stir in the shredded red cabbage; cover and saute about 5 minutes, or until cabbage is wilted. Add the apples, vinegar, honey, and dill weed.
