Instructions: Cut chicken lengthwise in one inch strips. In lg bowl mix flour, milk, honey, lemon-pepper, salt and parsley(chopped). Stir in chicken. Heat one inch canola oil to 325 over high heat (5qt pan). Fry chicken about 5 minutes, drain on paper towels. 4 servings, 245 cals
