1/2 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbl low-sodium soy sauce
3 tbl honey
1 tbl fresh ginger root peeled and minced
1 tbl garlic minced
1 tbl reduced calorie ketchup
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: Place pork in a 11- x 7- x 1 1/2-inc baking dish.

Combine soy sauce and next 7 ingredients, stirring well; pour over pork.

Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 15 minutes, turning once.

Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade.

Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place grill over medium-hot coals (350-400 degrees).

Place pork on rack. Cook 20 to 25 minutes, turning often. Let pork stand 10 minutes.

Slice diagonally across grain into thin slices, and transfer to a serving platter.

Place reserved marinade in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Spoon evenly over pork.
