Instructions: In a small bowl, stir together cumin, coriander, oregano, sugar, salt, black pepper and allspice. Rub into both sides of each flank steak. In a small bowl, stir together ketchup and honey; set aside.
Lightly grease the grills cooking rack and place it about 8 inches from the heat source. Preheat grill to high. Place the flank steaks on the rack and brush with half of the ketchup mixture; grill 5 minutes. Turn the flank steaks over, brush with the remaining ketchup mixture and grill 5 to 7 more minutes for medium rare. Remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes.
