Instructions: Trim excess fat from pork chops. Fry trimmings and discard. Save drippings. Dredge chops in flour, then brown in hot grease. Place chops in a 9-inch square baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
