pepper to taste
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated lemon peel
2 tbl minced onion
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cup mangos, peeled and chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer until mangos are completely cooked, about 15 minutes. Puree mixture then return to saucepan and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with duck, chicken or lamb.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
