Ingredients:

1 sht puff pastry, (8 1/2 ounces), thawed
1 x Brie, (8 ounce) cheese wheel
2 tbl Grey Poupon Honey Mustard
1/3 cup Planters Sliced Almonds, toasted
1 x Egg, beaten
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Roll puff pastry to flatten on floured surface.

2. Brush top an dsides of cheese wheel with mustard; coat with almonds.

Place in center of pastry. fold pastry around chees,e trimming as necessray; seal edges. Place seam-side down on greased baking sheet.

Decorate with pastry trimming cut outs. Brush with beaten egg

3. Bake at 400 F for 15 - 18 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
