Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1 tbl honey
1 tbl dijon mustard
1 tbl white wine vinegar
2 tbl green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine yogurt, honey, mustard, vinegar, green onions and pepper.

Stir with a fork until thoroughly blended.

Makes 3/4 cups. Keeps 3 days covered in refrigerator.

This salad dressing is made with low-fat yogurt and can also be used as a spread. The honey rounds out the flavor without making the dressing too sweet.

Use a good quality mustard and you can pour it on anything.
