Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk salad dressing, mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt and black pepper. Coat chicken halves in mixture. Cover and marinate 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat charcoal grill. Scrape excess marinade from chicken. Place chicken about 6 inches above medium-hot coals. Grill chicken, turning occasionally, for 35 to 45 minutes until juices run clear.
