Instructions: Halve hens and remove backbones. (See page ___ for directions on doing this.) Season with salt and pepper. In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in remaining ingredients. Grill hens 6 to 8 inches above hot coals 20 to 30 minutes or until cooked through, turning often. Baste with sauce during last 10 minutes of cooking time.
