Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 x	(8 pound) salmon, butterflied and filleted
2 tbl	Dijon Mustard
2 tbl	honey
1 tsp	dill
1 tsp	salt
1 tsp	paprika
1 tsp	cumin
1/2 tsp	granulated garlic
1/2 tsp	onion powder
1/2 tsp	curry powder

Instructions:

Instructions: Preheat broiler. Grease a large cookie sheet and place both pieces of fish side by side on sheet. Rub mustard on fish. Drizzle honey over fish. Sprinkle spices on fish. Broil for 5 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. May be served immediately, at room temperature or chilled.
