4 tbl Honey
2 tbl Cider vinegar
2 tbl Brown sugar
1 tbl Dijon-style mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ingredients; mix thoroughly. Coat tenderloin well with sauce. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F. Slice thinly to serve.
