Instructions: Mix first 4 ingredients; add sour cream, honey and pecans. Peel and slice apples, and stir into first mixture. Line pie pan with half of pastry; add filling, and adjust top crust. Seal, crimp, and cut vent holes for steam.

Bake in preheated 425 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes longer.
