Cream together peanut butter and butter. Add vanilla, sugar and honey. Stir well. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add flour and baking soda. Stir to combine.

Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
