1 stk	butter
1/4 cup	onion, chopped
2 lrg	garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup	Dijon mustard
1/2 cup	honey
1 tsp	salt
1 tsp	curry powder
2 tbl	chutney or preserves

Instructions:

Instructions: Melt butter in saucepan add onions, garlic and saute. Add remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally. Dip chicken pieces in sauce and lay in 9x13-inch pan and bake at 400 degrees. Turn every 15 minutes, adding more sauce while turning.
