Instructions: Roast nuts at 350* for 12-15 minutes until golden; place in large bowl. Combine sugar, honey and butter and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, do not stir and boil 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour hot syrup over nuts and stir to coat. Sprinkle with spice mixture and stir. Immediately transfer to baking sheet (lightly sprayed with cooking spray) and separate. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
