Instructions: Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add squash and remaining ingredients, stirring to coat vegetables. Pour vegetable mixture into an aluminum foil-lined roasting pan. Bake at 425 degrees F. 40 to 45 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Serve with a slotted spoon.
