Instructions: Preheat oven to 250 . In a large shallow roasting pan, combine popcorn and chow mein noodles. Melt margarine and sugar. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour over popcorn and toss to coat. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Stir in almonds. Spread on paper towel to cool. Store in an airtight container. Makes 11 cups. Email this Recipe:
