Instructions: Cream butter and honey together in a mixing bowl. Add vanilla and slowly sift in flour. Stir in pecans and blend well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place them 1-inch apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 14 minutes in 350 degrees oven. While warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
