1 tsp	LEMON JUICE
2 tbl	HONEY
1 tbl	OLIVE OIL
1/4 tsp	GROUND CUMMIN
1/4 tsp	CINNAMON
1/4 tsp	GROUND TURMERIC
1/8 tsp	SALT

Instructions:

Instructions: WHISK TOGETHER THE LEMON JUICE, HONEY, OLIVE OIL, CUMMIN, CINNAMON AND TURMERIC. RUB THE MIXTURE INTO THE GAME HENS AND PLACE ON A RACK IN A FOIL LINED PAN. ROAST IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 40 MINUTES AT 375 DEGREES. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE END OF THE ROASTING TIME. PLACE THE PAN UNDER THE BROILER FOR A FEW MINUTES IF MORE BROWNING IS NECESSARY.
