3 x eggs
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup self-raising flour
1 pch salt
1/2 tbl cold water

2 tbl butter
2 tbl honey
Instructions:
Instructions: Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites with honey until stiff.

Gently stir in beaten egg yolks, fold in flour sifted with salt, then mix water in lightly.

Pour batter into greased sandwich tins and bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool, split in half and fill.

Filling: beat butter, honey, and vanilla essence to a pale cream.
