1 tbl butter
1/2 tbl honey
1 x egg
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup self-raising flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream the butter with honey, add egg, beat, add milk, beat, add flour sifted with salt. Mix to a smooth dough.

Roll dough out on a lightly floured bench about 1/2 inch thick. Cut rounds and fold each over in half.

Arrange on a greased baking tray and bake 350 F for 25 minutes until golden.
