Ingredients:

1 tbl dry yeast (1 packet)
1 cup milk warmed to110F all or part milk or other liquid - (1 to 1 1/4)
1 pch sugar or bit of the honey
2 tbl oil (I dont always use that much)
1/4 cup honey
2 cup bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbl gluten, wheat (optional) (1 to 2)
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix, knead, rise twice and bake the dough in whatever way youre used to, kneading in wheat berries after dough forms a ball, if using a food processor (okay to do in machine at that point .. for the kneading part, not mixing - want them whole, not chopped up .. like adding raisins later in abm, for example).

Bake at 375 F for about 30 minutes (to internal temperature of approximately 210 F).

NOTES : For my taste, this is great toasted. I also like it for sandwiches, though. I havent tried rolls yet ... well see.
