1/2 tbl	flaxseed or vegetable oil
3 tbl	honey
1/2 tsp	liquid lecithin
3 cup	whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup	whole flaxseed
2 tbl	gluten flour
3 tbl	powdered whey
1/2 tsp	fine sea salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Put all the ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the machines manufacturer. Select Wheat Cycle, and Start.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
