8 x	chicken drumsticks
1 tbl	soy sauce
2 tsp	honey
1 tbl	lemon juice
1 clv	garlic, crushed

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic & lemon juice. Mix well. Marinate chicken drumsticks for at least one hour or preferably overnight. Place chicken in an ovenproof dish, pour over marinade & bake in a mod oven for 45 mins.
