Instructions: In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, scallions, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Put the chicken in a baking dish and coat on both sides with the marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or overnight.
Prepare the grill. Grill the chicken 6 inches from the heat for about 20 minutes, turning often so it does not scorch, and brushing with any remaining marinade, until chicken is a deep glazed brown and cooked through. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
