Instructions: Melt butter. Combine cocoa and cornstarch and stir into butter. Add honey and water and heat until boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Add miniature marshmallows and salt, stirring until marshmallows are melted.

Serve warm or cold over ice cream, etc.
