Instructions: Place cubed melon in an airtight container, and freeze 8 hours.
Combine Midori and lime juice in container of an electric blender. Gradually add frozen melon cubes, and process until smooth. Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup). NOTES : Pour into 2 stemmed glasses, and garnish each serving with 2 melon balls and mint leaves, if desired. Email this Recipe:
