3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
4 cup honeydew melon chunks
1/2 tsp Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
1/2 tsp lime juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine sugar and water in small saucepan; cook over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool mixture to room temperature.

Puree melon chunks until smooth in food processor or blender. Stir in Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce, lime juice, lime peel and sugar mixture.

Pour mixture into a shallow pan. Freeze 4 to 5 hours, stirring mixture occasionally.

This recipe yields 5 cups.
