Instructions: Cut ham and chicken into 3cm cubes and thread onto skewers alternately with spring onion pieces. You should have about 20.
Combine all ingredients for marinade in a tray and mix well. Add shasliks and mix well to coat with marinade. Leave to stand for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Cook on a tray in a hot oven, under the grill or on the BBQ, turning and basting frequently with marinade to glaze. Makes about 20. Email this Recipe:
