Instructions: Top and tail snow peas, peel ends of asparagus with a vegetable peeler; slice asparagus diagonally.
Boil, steam or microwave asparagus until just tender; drain and refresh in cold water. Drop snow peas into pan of boiling water; drain immediately, refresh in cold water. Heat sesame oil and sesame seeds in wok, add snow peas, asparagus, honey and ginger; stir-fry until heated through. Email this Recipe:
