3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
3 tbl baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1 x egg
1/3 cup liquid honey
1/2 cup seedless raisins
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix together flours, wheat germ, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in bowl. Melt butter; beat egg and mix with butter, honey, raisins, and milk.

Pour honey mixture into flours and stir just until mixed, but still lumpy (Do not over beat or muffins will be tough).

Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full with mixture and bake on second from top shelf of oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until well risen.

Remove and cool slightly on a wide rack. Serve warm. Brush tops with a little honey if desired.
