Stir-fry rice and pork until half cooked. Set aside to cool. Lightly fry the mushrooms and luk tau pin with oyster sauce. Arrange five pieces of bamboo leaves over the lotus leaf. Place the rice in the centre, top with pork, salted egg yolk and the rest of the ingredients. Top with rice again and wrap into a rectangular shape. Tie firmly with a string.
