225 gm glutinous rice
60 gm marinated pork
20 gm dried shrimps
1 x salted egg yolk
20 gm black mushrooms
40 gm luk tau pin
3 x chestnuts
5 x piece bamboo leaves (soak in water)
1 x piece lotus leaf
50 gm onion
5 gm five-spice powder
sesame oil

Stir-fry rice and pork until half cooked. Set aside to cool. Lightly fry the mushrooms and luk tau pin with oyster sauce.

Arrange five pieces of bamboo leaves over the lotus leaf. Place the rice in the centre, top with pork, salted egg yolk and the rest of the ingredients. Top with rice again and wrap into a rectangular shape. Tie firmly with a string.

Boil over slow fire for 8 hours or until cooked.
