1/2 cup sour cream or light sour cream
3 tbl prepared horseradish
1 x garlic clove pressed
1 tbl minced fresh dill
Instructions:
Instructions: Mash avocado in a small bowl. Stir in lemon juice and remaining ingredients.

This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups.
