1/2 cup	creme fraiche or sour cream
1/2 cup	prepared white horseradish
6 tbl	chopped fresh chives
4 tsp	fresh lemon juice
	Salt to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Whisk all ingredients to blend in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and chill.)

This recipe yields about 2 cups.
