1 pkt	garlic-and-herb-flavored spreadable cheese (5 oz)
3 tbl	prepared horseradish drained
4 oz	cream cheese - (half of 8-oz pkg) softened
1/4 cup	sour cream

Instructions:

Instructions: Stir together spreadable cheese and next 4 ingredients until blended. Cover and chill up to 7 days.

This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups.

Comments: Wrap sliced roast beef, chewy rolls, and a jar of this wonderful concoction in a basket. To round out the package, add chips and a couple of bottles of premium beer.

For testing purposes only, we used Rondele Garlic & Herbs Gourmet Spreadable Cheese.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups
