Instructions: In small saucepan, melt margarine, then whisk in flour and milk. Stir over medium heat until thickened. Add cream cheese in small pieces and stir until melted. Add garlic. Remove from heat. Drain and coarsely chop artichokes and add. Fold in Parmesan cheese and crab. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees 20 to 30 minutes, until bubbly and slightly brown. Serve hot with assorted crackers.
Makes 6 to 8 servings. Peg Says: Hot dips are always a party hit and this is one of the best. It can be assembled ahead of time and baked when needed. Email this Recipe:
