Instructions: Mix cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, soup mix, Tabasco sauce, and salsa and place in a 9 X 13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350F degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
