1 cup Sour cream
4 oz Chipped beef
1 x Onion, chopped
1/2 x Green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Put into a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite crackers.
