Serve this dish with crusty bread and a cucumber and tomato salad.
1 tbl Cajun spice mix
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp lemon juice
1 lb sardines, cleaned and heads removed
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix the Cajun spices with the pepper flakes. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the sardines. Season with salt. Sprinkle the spice mixture on the fish. Cook on a hot grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. Squeeze lemon wedges over fish.
