Cook Time: 10 minutes Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Cut onions into slices. Finely chop jalapeno chili. Mix chili puree and sesame oil in large bowl. Add noodles, onions, jalapeno chili and beef to chili puree mixture; toss, using two forks to separate noodles. Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat Add 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil; rotate skillet to coat bottom and side. Press noodle mixture firmly and evenly in skillet. Cook uncovered about 5 minutes or until bottom on noodle cake is golden brown.. Invert noodle cake onto serving plate. Add remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to skillet; rotate skillet to coat bottom and side. Slide noodle cake back into skillet, uncooked side down and cook about 5 minutes or until bottom is golden brown. Cut into wedges; serve warm. Makes 8 servings. Email this Recipe:
