2 lb ground chuck
4 can tomato sauce - (15 oz ea)
1 can hot chili beans - (30 oz) undrained
2 can diced tomatoes with green peppers and
onions - (14 1/2 oz ea)
1 lrg onion diced
3 tbl chili powder - (to 4)
2 tbl dried oregano
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbl paprika
2 tsp ground red pepper - (to 3)
Hot cooked spaghetti (optional)

Shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook ground beef in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; rinse and drain.

Return to Dutch oven. Add tomato sauce and next 8 ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 hours.

Serve over pasta, if desired, with toppings.

This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
