Fish fillets
Limes
Coriander for garnish
----------------- HOT CHILLI SAUCE ----------------
50 gm prepared garlic
1 x Handful mint
1 x Handful coriander
1 tsp minced chilli, (1 to 2)
5 tbl olive oil, (5 to 6)
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Put all chilli sauce ingredients into food processor bowl and mix.

Prepare the fish fillets and place on a piece of tin foil big enough to fold over and seal well.

Spread the prepared chilli sauce over the fish along with a squeeze of lime juice.

Fold the foil over the fish and chilli sauce and seal.

Cook at 250 C for seven minutes.

Serve on a bed of mashed potatoes or rice and garnish with coriander.
