2 tbl milk
1 sm green pepper chopped fine
1/2 cup finely-chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients except taco chips in slow cooker. Cook on LOW 3 to 5 hours. Serve with taco chips.
