Instructions: Melt the chocolate and butter in 8floz of the milk. Add the sugar and remainder of the milk and heat just to boiling point.Thicken with the rice flour, stirred into cold water.
Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Beat in the sugar. Form 6-8 balls and poach in the boiling water until set, turning once, for about 5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain. Serve the snowballs floating on the hot chocolate soup. Email this Recipe:
