Instructions: Simmer undrained clams in lemon juice for 5 minutes. Transfer clams with lemon juice, bread crumbs, butter, onion, hot pepper sauce, parsley, cayenne, oregano and pepper to slow cooker. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours. Serve with crackers.
