Instructions: With hand mixer, blend cream cheese, sour cream and milk until smooth. Stir in onion, pepper and corned beef. Put mixture in an oven-proof dish, preferably from which youll be serving. Top with chopped pecans and bake 350F degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through. Spread hot mixture on crackers or use as dip.
